While it is an exceedingly rewarding venture, it requires long hours and the desire to build a team of industry-leading professionals. We require licensees be committed to building a quality-first, high-impact business in their own region. This is not for those focused on building a hands-off portfolio, looking to invest in PMG directly, working from the sidelines, or adding to a portfolio of business ventures. It’s a hands-on, investment for executives, consultants, and business leaders looking to build their own business within their local market.
Licensee Minimum Requirements
The PMG licensee opportunity is an exciting and fulfilling one for professionals looking to transition from employee to owner. Owning and operating a PMG licensee consulting business requires an entrepreneurial mindset, quality-first mindset, and unceasing determination. Here’s what we require from prospective licensees. Meeting these minimum requirements does not mean you will be selected as a licensee, as our selection process is highly competitive and there is no guarantee of selection.
Legal Right
The legal right to own and operate a business within your country.
Liquid Capital
$10,000 CAD in non-gifted, non-borrowed funds for the initial licensee fee.
Financial History
No history of bankruptcy, fraud, or fiduciary negligence in your financial history.
Experience
10+ years of executive work experience with identified functional expertise.
Commitment
Full-time, hands on, day-to-day ownership and operation of a consulting business, including taking consultations personally.
Leadership
Familiarity with and a desire to lead a team of professionals building an industry-leading business.
Dedication
Willingness to divest yourself of all non-passive business opportunities to pursue a PMG license or invest in a full-time CEO.
